Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location, just a short walk from Paddington station, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable with easy access to explore the city and a delicious included breakfast.

The room was cozy and clean, which was a relief after a long day of exploring. I loved the comfort of the bed. I slept like a baby! The design was a bit dated, though, and could use a refresh. Also, I wish there were more outlets—definitely felt cramped in that department. But overall, it served my purpose pretty well!

I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at Park Grand. My room, a Club Double Room, was clean and comfortable, which made my stay more enjoyable. I particularly loved the cappuccino they served at breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located close to Paddington Station, making it easy to explore the city. I found the room size rather cramped for a deluxe option. The breakfast could use some improvement. there wasn’t much variety and some items looked old. I had issues with noise from the hallway which disrupted my sleep. while I appreciated the cleanliness and service, the room layout and breakfast quality could definitely be enhanced.

Just a fitting option for a couple of nights in London with incredible value for money. The staff were really helpful in directing us to local eateries. Check out before 11 am to avoid a rush.
